GovCIO is hiring a Training Specialist/Instructional Developer to support analysis, design, and development of Navy training products. The role is fully remote but anchored to Pensacola, FL, working with Government SMEs to create effective content that meets NAVEDTRA standards.

Responsibilities include front-end instructional design, scriptwriting, storyboard development, learning-objective mapping, and collaboration with multimedia developers.

Formación

• Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
• Clearance Required: Secret.
• Experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, or training development.
• Experience conducting instructional analysis and translating technical requirements into learning solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop measurable learning objectives.
• Strong scriptwriting and storyboard-development skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical SMEs to develop content.
• Ability to analyze complex technical information for learners.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and training-development methodologies.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end instructional design activities with Government SMEs.
• Transform technical information into structured instructional content.
• Develop, map, and align learning objectives to requirements.
• Write instructional scripts for interactive and web-based training.
• Create detailed storyboards with content, interactions, graphics, and assessments.
• Coordinate with multimedia developers to meet NAVEDTRA standards.
• Facilitate SME reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure materials conform to NAVEDTRA standards and government requirements.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to assessments.
• Support production schedules and milestones.
