The role is fully remote and focused on front-end instructional design in collaboration with Government SMEs to produce NAVEDTRA-compliant content. The successful candidate will craft learning objectives, write scripts, and develop storyboards for interactive and web-based training, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Navy standards throughout the

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Secret.
• Experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, or training development.
• Ability to map learning objectives to training requirements.
• Strong writing and storyboard-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end instructional design activities with Government SMEs.
• Transform technical information into structured instructional content.
• Develop learning objectives and mappings to NAVEDTRA standards.
• Write instructional scripts for interactive and web-based training.
• Create detailed storyboards with guidance for multimedia developers.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate technical accuracy and instructional content.
• Ensure products meet NAVEDTRA standards and government requirements.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, objectives, content, and assessments.
