Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Naval Project Manager to apply systems engineering awareness and project management expertise to next‑generation C4I and autonomous maritime capabilities.

You will support government engineers, technical leads, and systems architects by organizing requirements, tracking schedules, and preparing briefings for senior Navy stakeholders, helping ensure disciplined execution across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DoD program or project management or government sectors.
• 3+ years of experience in Navy program management.
• Experience managing projects and a program of projects with scope, schedule, cost and risk oversight.
• Experience with project programming, cost estimating, acquisition, contracting, and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating requirements among multiple military, federal, and civilian stakeholders.
• Knowledge of program and project management concepts, principles, and practices.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain requirements and program artifacts to guide system design and acquisition.
• Track schedules, monitor financial execution, identify risks, and prepare high‑quality briefings for senior Navy stakeholders.
• Assist the Assistant Program Manager for future variants of an Unmanned Surface Vessel program, supporting RFP development and reporting.
• Ensure disciplined execution across the team.
