Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Naval Project Manager to apply systems engineering awareness and project management expertise to deliver next-generation C4I and autonomous maritime capabilities. You will organize requirements, track schedules, manage budgets, and prepare briefings for Navy stakeholders, enabling disciplined execution across the team.

Ideal candidates have DoD program management experience, RFP writing skills, and a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with DoD or Federal Program and Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in writing RFPs, Contract modification, and CPARs.
• 2+ years of experience in financial management and PPBE.
• Secret clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain requirements and program artifacts guiding system design and acquisition.
• Track schedules and monitor financial execution; identify risks.
• Prepare high-quality briefings for senior Navy stakeholders.
• Support RFP development and reporting progress across the team.
