The Opportunity:
Are you looking to apply your systems engineering awareness and project management expertise to help deliver next‑generation C4I and autonomous maritime capabilities? As a project management specialist, you’ll help translate operational needs into actionable plans and keep complex programs on track from concept through completion.

In this role, you’ll support government engineers, technical leads, and systems architects by organizing and maintaining the requirements and program artifacts that guide system design and acquisition. You’ll enable effective planning by tracking schedules, monitoring financial execution, identifying risks, and preparing high‑quality briefings for senior Navy stakeholders. You’ll also assist the Assistant Program Manager for future variants of an Unmanned Surface Vessel program by supporting RFP development, reporting progress, aligning resources, and helping ensure disciplined execution across the team.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with Department of Defense or Federal Program and Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience in writing RFPs, Contract modification, and CPARs
  • 2+ years of experience in financial management and PPBE
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working across the hardware lifecycle such as SATCOM systems, communications equipment, and related hardware components, including design, integration, testing, and sustainment
  • Experience with DON, NAVSEA, NAVWAR, and C4I
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Possession of excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
