GovCIO seeks a Natural ADABAS Developer with 8+ years of experience to analyze and develop system requirements, code and debug Natural with ADABAS, and support migration to production in a fully remote U.S. role.

Candidates must have a current Top Secret clearance and SDLC experience, plus familiarity with Connect Direct, IBM MQ, and mainframe/batch online environments. Strong communication and collaboration with customers are required.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Top Secret, with SCI suitability.
• Experience with SDLC in large-scale mainframe or client-server environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into system designs and software.
• Proficient in Office 365 components and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with customers to define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designs and codes applications following specifications and tools.
• Maintains and modifies existing software applications.
• Analyzes system factors and information flow for solution design.
• Performs modifications to operational programs and procedures.
• Participates in code reviews and writes documentation.
