Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue goals by sales excellence within German Sales Organization.
• Coach and develop Sales team.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott guidelines and policies.
• Define sales strategy in collaboration with General Manager.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Technical Support and Customer-/Sales Service.
• Track key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
