Abbott Laboratories in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Manager for the CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management division to lead regional clinical specialists and coordinate with the Commercial team to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.

You will develop coaching programs, optimize coverage, and align CRM activities with strategic goals while ensuring compliance, training, and performance reviews across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7-9 years of relevant work experience.
• CRM certification and demonstrated aptitude in CRM therapy knowledge for implants and device support.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and lead regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Regional Sales Director, Territory Managers, and Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth and market share through strong coordination of sales and service across the region.
• Identify clinical opportunities through analytics, time studies, and field visits and address them through coaching or initiatives.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement strategies to increase service efficiency and optimize clinical headcount utilization.
• Oversee training and development of the clinical team in implant, service delivery, and product knowledge.
• Ensure direct reports have objectives and conduct performance reviews with coaching and feedback.
