Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Remote SCT National Sales Manager to lead sales and account management for the Specialty Corporate Trust division. The role emphasizes development of new municipal and non-municipal products, along with directing marketing and sales strategy.

You will create presentations, respond to RFPs, report progress to management, and shape the division's overall vision. Travel up to 50% and a strong leadership background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven years sales experience in Financial Services with demonstrated leadership.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and strategize on the development of new products (municipal and non-municipal).
• Assist with the marketing and sales direction and strategy.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Participate in New Business Committee meetings.
• Report sales progress and results directly to management.
• Strategize with management on new opportunities, products and overall vision of CT.
• Monitor own sales pipeline.
• Attend industry related conferences.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
