Job summary

Horizon3 is a remote-first cybersecurity company seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Nationals to lead national partner marketing strategy and pipeline generation with key partners like WWT, SHI, CDW, and Insight. You will collaborate with sales leadership to drive co-marketing campaigns and enablement across multiple channels.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS partner marketing, strong relationship-building, and MDF management experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated partner/channel marketing experience in enterprise cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS.
• Direct National Partner Experience with major National Partners (WWT, SHI, CDW, GuidePoint, Optiv, or Insight).
• Sales collaboration with enterprise sales leadership and National Partner Business Managers to build joint revenue strategies.
• Relationship building to navigate large, complex partner organizations, drive internal alignment, and secure partner commitment.
• Pipeline delivery from joint co-marketing initiatives into tangible pipeline and revenue growth.
• MDF management & reporting: experience administering MDF programs, managing partner marketing budgets, and reporting impact directly in Salesforce.
• Marketing tech proficiency: experience with CRM (Salesforce), PRM platforms (Unifyr), marketing automation tools, and virtual event platforms (Zillow).

Responsibilities

• Joint GTM planning with sales leadership and National PBMs to co-author and execute annual and quarterly go-to-market plans for key national partners (WWT, SHI, CDW, GuidePoint, Optiv, Insight).
• Design multi-quarter marketing programs aligned to national partner priorities, with core campaigns and initiatives.
• Oversee the national partner marketing budget and MDF, ensuring high-impact resource allocation across top national accounts.
• Track, analyze, and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and campaign ROI in Salesforce.
• Build multi-channel joint campaigns leveraging events, digital, social, PR, and ABM to generate ecosystem pipeline.
• Construct repeatable campaign-in-a-box frameworks, partner kits, and sales enablement assets for scale.
• Develop incentives, SPIFFs, and promotional campaigns to motivate partner reps and accelerate deal registrations.
