Qualifikationen

• Current, former, or seasonal National Park Service experience in ranger or visitor services roles.
• 1+ years answering visitor questions or working with passes, permits, reservations, or fees.
• Working knowledge of park regulations and visitor safety.
• US-based
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week

Aufgaben

• Review sample national park questions and flag any that don't sound like what real visitors ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on park passes, entrance fees, permits, and reservations.
• Cover park regulations, visitor safety, and trip planning questions in your rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
