Job summary

YO AI Labs in the United States seeks an experienced National Park Ranger to evaluate AI-generated guidance for national parks. This remote, short-term contract requires 15–25 hours per week and no prior AI experience is needed.

You will review questions for realism, develop rubrics on passes and reservations, and assess guidance on regulations, safety, and trip planning. You will provide clear, actionable feedback to the project team asynchronously.

Qualifications

• Current, former, or seasonal National Park Service experience as a park ranger, interpretive ranger, or visitor services professional.
• At least 1 year of experience answering visitor questions or assisting with passes, permits, reservations, or fees.
• Working knowledge of park regulations and visitor safety.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to start quickly and commit 15–25 hours per week.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review national park questions for realism and relevance.
• Develop rubrics covering park passes, entrance fees, permits, and reservations.
• Evaluate guidance on park regulations, visitor safety, and trip planning.
• Assess AI-generated answers for errors, omissions, and outdated information.
