Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Affairs leader to drive national account strategy and payer engagement. You will deliver economic and clinical value for Otsuka’s portfolio and coordinate with Field Medical Affairs, MML teams, and matrix partners to execute payer-focused initiatives.

The role requires a doctoral-level degree and 7+ years in managed care within pharma, with strong communication and strategic thinking to influence national payers and healthcare stakeholders.

Competenze

• Advanced degree required; PharmD/MD/PhD strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of managed care or similar experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system at a national level including payers and PBMs.

• Deliver evidence-based healthcare economics and clinical information demonstrating portfolio value.
• Lead development and execution of medical strategy for national accounts.
• Communicate payer coverage changes to Field Medical Affairs and downstream teams.
