Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a National Leasing Specialist for student housing who will visit multiple properties nationwide to drive leasing performance. You will lead leasing activities, support marketing, and ensure high standards across communities.

The role requires 90-100% travel and collaboration with the senior team, while acting as a full-time member of the on-site office to deliver excellent customer service and lease closure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Student Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
• Experience leasing at multiple properties and multiple markets.
• Experience in both luxury conventional housing and student housing.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 90-100% and live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the leasing process including tours, applications, leases, and renewals.
• Drive leasing targets for the community and collaborate with the Senior National Leasing Specialist.
• Shop competitors and maintain market records to strengthen knowledge of offerings.
• Understand property selling points, site trends, traffic, and product availability.
• Act as a full-time member of the on-site office team to support customer service.
• Coordinate site marketing events to drive prospect interest and resident retention.
• Guide the leasing team to meet expectations and provide needed tools and resources.
• Travel 90–100% is required.
