Job summary

ConMet is seeking two National Fleet Sales Managers to lead strategic growth with top national fleet and leasing customers. This home-based role focuses on building trusted partnerships, expanding market share, and delivering measurable sales growth.

You will be the primary liaison to end-use fleet customers, working with OEM truck and trailer partners, dealership fleet teams, and internal ConMet teams. Remote work requires a proactive, consultative sales approach across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy-duty fleet sales or fleet management.
• Strong ability to build relationships with fleet decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans for national fleet and leasing customers.
• Build relationships with key contacts across operations, maintenance, and ownership teams.
• Grow revenue through fleet conversions, retention, and share expansion.
• Collaborate with OEMs, dealerships, and internal teams to support sales.
• Use CRM tools to document activity and track opportunities.
