Job summary

ConMet is seeking a National Fleet Sales Manager to lead strategic growth with top-tier national fleet and leasing customers. The role focuses on proactive relationship-building, market expansion, and measurable sales growth while serving as the main liaison to end-use fleet customers.

You will work with OEM truck and trailer partners, dealership fleet teams, and internal ConMet groups in a remote, home-based setup preferred for AZ, UT, NV, and OR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy-duty fleet sales or fleet management.
• Strong consultative account development approach.
• Proven ability to build relationships with fleet decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national fleet customers.
• Build relationships across operations, purchasing, and ownership teams.
• Grow revenue through fleet conversions, retention, and share expansion.
• Collaborate with OEM dealer fleets and internal ConMet teams.
• Document fleet activity and opportunities using Salesforce.
