Job summary

Airgas is seeking a National Project Manager- Construction Segment. The role focuses on leading megaprojects, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across Airgas teams and customers. The position is remote with Radnor, PA as the Airgas HO location.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in project management within construction, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with Power BI and Excel. PMP certification is a plus, and a deep understanding of welding and related supplies is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of project management, construction and related experience.
• Experience managing projects through full life cycle, with ability to handle scope, budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver growth through strategic pre-project planning and oversight.
• Serve as conduit between customer project teams, regional commercial and operational teams, and support organization.
• Develop relationships with customer field personnel and internal teams to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with NAMs and customers to understand project scope and resource needs.
• Support regions with asset and supply chain requirements and facilitate technical selling from project level.
