Job summary

You will develop scope, schedule and milestones, manage budgets, coordinate permits and stakeholders, and lead risk mitigation to keep projects on track in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering technology, business administration, or related field.
• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with gas distribution system infrastructure design and project planning.
• Experience with scheduling principles and practices.
• Experience with budgeting and contract policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee natural gas construction projects from initiation through closure to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop scope, schedule and milestones for natural gas construction projects.
• Ensure projects meet milestones and scope, including permits, easements, environmental controls, and safety plans.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans and budget impact strategies.
• Lead design and construction policies and procedures; draft contract documents and negotiate installation agreements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to review designs and address construction issues.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
