Job summary

Airgas, Inc. in Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) seeks a National Project Manager for the Construction Segment to drive growth through strategic pre-project planning and oversight of large projects.

You will work with National Account Managers and regional teams to ensure alignment, communicate progress, budgets, and assets, and deliver customer value using BI and data tools. Strong PM experience, welding knowledge, and analytical skills are required; remote work is available with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management, construction and related experience.
• Experience managing projects through the full life cycle.
• Strong understanding of welding acumen, processes, procedures, and related supplies.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget and timeline.
• Analytical skills and proficiency with Power BI and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pre-project planning and oversee mega projects.
• Coordinate with NAMs, regional teams and customer project staff.
• Develop and manage relationships with top-tier customers' project personnel.
• Utilize Power BI and Salesforce for project data and opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and alignment across Airgas teams.
