Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of heavy industry construction experience.
• Track record in safety, quality, contract management.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities for major capital projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost management.
• Manage multiple subcontractors and contracts.
• Report progress and forecast using productivity software.
• Travel 100% with per diem; typical assignments 1–2 years.
