Job summary

Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America seeks a National Accounts Relationship Manager to oversee strategic management of large, national employer groups and broker relationships. You will coordinate service delivery, lead renewals,and identify opportunities to expand dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary coverage.

The role requires 5+ years in employee benefits account management, strong client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading renewals, client presentations, strategic business reviews, service escalations, and cross-functional account initiatives.
• Group dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary product knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts, including retention, growth, client engagement, service delivery, and relationship objectives.
• Build relationships with client decision-makers, benefits leaders, brokers, consultants across multiple locations.
• Coordinate internal partners to provide timely, consistent service and lead renewal strategies and proposals.
• Lead or support presentations, enrollment strategy, and open enrollment activities for new and existing accounts.
