Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is hiring a National Account Manager (NAM) to lead and grow a significant portfolio of national group purchasing organizations (GPO). This home-based role reports to the Director National Accounts and involves negotiating contracts, expanding GPO partnerships, and leading cross-functional programs to drive profitable growth for GP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3 years of outside sales/merchant/buyer or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Valid US Driver's License is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with national GPOs/cooperatives and develop negotiation strategy.
• Strengthen GPO relationships through effective cross-functional projects and sales initiatives.
• Interact with distributor partners to execute programs that drive profitable growth.
• Monitor agreements to identify opportunities and risks.
• Understand contract language to manage relationships and expectations.
• Pursue targets for joint business development through strategic partnerships.
