Job summary

KONE, Inc. is seeking a Key Accounts Credit Collection Specialist to support nationwide accounts from a remote location. You will lead monthly AR reviews, drive collections, and ensure revenue recognition aligns with contract criteria across National Accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in credit or collections, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and related ERP tools. Remote work is supported across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or related financial functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly Accounts Receivable reviews for National Accounts and lead collection activities.
• Oversee monthly revenue recognition and ensure billing aligns with established criteria.
• Utilize HighRadius and other systems to document collection efforts and account notes.
• Prepare write-off documentation and coordinate with Cash Application for processing.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for vendor invoice validation and processing.
• Prepare and distribute monthly collections dashboards and aging reports.
• Ensure third-party billing submittals and align with contractual deadlines.
