Job summary

KONE is seeking a Key Accounts Credit Collection Specialist to manage nationwide accounts receivable collections and billing oversight. The role supports the National AccountManager and requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities include AR reviews, revenue recognition oversight, and documentation of collection activities. The ideal candidate will have a finance background and experience with SAP, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Excel and Access is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly AR reviews for National Accounts and drive collections.
• Oversee revenue recognition to ensure billing accuracy per criteria.
• Document collection efforts and maintain accurate notes in systems.
