ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, seeks a National Account Manager to handle a portfolio of National-tier clients, deliver on contractual obligations, and drive program performance. You will be the primary contact for travel program management, reporting, and client satisfaction.

This role blends high-touch service with structured engagement, requiring strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or program delivery.
• Strong client service mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with prioritization.
• Experience with structured service models and reporting frameworks.
• Cross-functional collaboration and client escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of National-tier clients with structured engagement and defined goals.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for travel program management, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain account plans aligned to client goals and spend forecasts.
• Facilitate structured check-ins and deliver agreed reports, SLAs, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, and Commercial Operations for seamless delivery.
• Monitor profitability, renewal risk, and growth opportunities.
• Track and report client satisfaction trends and suggest improvements.
