Job summary

ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, is hiring a Director of Global Account Management. You will lead a team of account managers and directors, shaping strategies to grow revenue, optimize programs, and enhance client satisfaction across Enterprise and Key Accounts.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to deliver measurable value and scalable solutions for top clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate travel, account management, or B2B client leadership with at least 3 years in management.
• Proven success coaching and developing high-performing account teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and growth within complex accounts.
• Strategic thinker able to translate vision into measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of travel industry and account management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Global Account Management team to drive performance and career progression.
• Design and execute strategies that grow revenue, optimize programs, and increase client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure structured account plans emphasize revenue growth, retention, and program optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing and Commercial Operations.
