Qualifications
- 5+ years of strategic sales or national account management in commercial building materials.
- Deep familiarity with building envelope systems (Foam, Roof Coatings, Fluid-Applied Membranes).
- Proficient with construction tracking tools and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Mine high-value commercial opportunities via Dodge Data & Analytics and ConstructConnect.
- Own end-to-end engagement with architects, GCs, developers and consultants.
- Provide technical consultation on SPF, decking, waterproofing and roof coatings.
- Collaborate with regional sales, tech service and marketing to support bids and execution.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
