Job summary

Olly-Olly in Charlotte is seeking a National Account Executive - Paid Ads to run full-cycle sales, from identifying ideal targets to needs assessments, closing deals, and onboarding new customers nationwide. You will sell paid ads, PPC, paid social, and Local Services Ads to small businesses with a consultative approach.

Base salary ranges $60K–$80K with uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings potential of $120K–$140K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in experience selling paid ads.
• Strong consultative sales background.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline with or without CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, self-sourcing, and building your own pipeline of small business owners (we’ll help with prospecting where we can)
• Running a consultative sales process from first call to close
• Understanding a client’s business well enough to recommend the right paid media strategy, not just pitching a package
• Ensuring expectations are set correctly through a deep understanding and strong communication of our products and internal processes
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership to support the growth of the Paid Ads sales team through contributing to the sales strategies we will use to grow the sales team in 2027 and beyond
