Olly Olly is seeking an experienced National Account Executive for Paid Ads in a fast-growing startup. You will own the full sales process from prospecting to close, selling paid media, PPC, paid social, and Local Services Ads to small businesses nationwide.

The role offers a base salary of $60K-$80K with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $120K-$140K. Hybrid or remote options, strong career progression, and a high-energy sales culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling paid ads.
• Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of small business owners.
• Run a consultative sales process from first call to close.
• Understand client business to recommend the right paid media strategy.
• Set correct expectations with clear communication of products and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to grow the Paid Ads sales team.
