Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Logistics Director North-America to own logistics strategy and execution across North America, focusing on warehousing, transportation, customs, and reverse logistics.

This leadership role partners with Sales and Customer Support to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and service performance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in multinational logistics, hands-on ERP/WMS experience, and a proven track record leading distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain in multinational settings.
• Proven success leading large-scale logistics operations across North America.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Strong knowledge of international trade and customs compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and lean logistics initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and inventory operations for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage air, sea, and ground transportation to optimize delivery and costs.
• Lead international trade and customs processes to meet compliance standards.
• Drive reverse logistics programs to improve return processes and asset recovery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to align logistics with customer commitments.
• Build customer-centric logistics solutions for reliability and responsiveness.
• Define and track logistics KPIs for accountability and visibility.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on lean logistics and optimization.
• Utilize ERP and WMS tools to improve operational performance and accuracy.
• Leverage data analytics for forecasting and performance evaluation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team across multiple locations.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and operational ownership.
