Job summary

Covation Global / United Wheels Inc. seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations – North America to oversee warehousing and fulfillment across the U.S. and Canada.

You will develop the NA warehousing strategy, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead modernization of ecommerce fulfillment with 3PL partnerships. The role reports to the VP of Operations, requires 10+ years in warehousing leadership, and a track record of cost reductions and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multi-site warehousing and distribution.
• Experience with Amazon and Walmart fulfillment services.
• Proven budget management and cost-saving results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American warehousing strategy across the U.S. and Canada.
• Ensure all North American warehouses comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Leverage automation and technology to enhance scalability of operations.
• Monitor KPIs to assess and improve performance across sites.
• Lead warehouse teams and drive cost savings and process improvements.
