Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Capital Investments Manager to lead a team supporting North America capital projects, focusing on MHE strategy and facility upkeep.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analyses, present business cases to executive leadership, and partner with site leaders to prioritize roofs, RTUs, restrooms, and parking lots. The role requires strong data capabilities, asset-tracking modernization, and travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in capital projects, budgeting, and forecast planning.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with asset-management systems such as IBM Maximo is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of project managers responsible for $50M–$70M annual capital spend.
• Develop and drive MHE and facility capital strategy and lifecycle plans.
• Collaborate with site leaders to prioritize roofs, RTUs, restrooms, parking lots.
• Present business cases and funding requests to executive leadership.
