Job summary

TrueSeek, LLC is seeking an experienced Switchgear Project Manager to oversee medium-voltage switchgear and commercial electrical projects in a hybrid/remote US role. The position emphasizes technical project ownership, efficient coordination, and quality results in a well-established electrical distribution company.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in electrical distribution or commercial construction, strong knowledge of switchgear, and proficiency with Excel and bid-management

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electrical distribution, switchgear project management or commercial electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear and electrical distribution systems, with the ability to read electrical drawings, specifications and single-line diagrams.
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, with Bidman or BidManager, Eaton switchgear and Pacific or Mountain Time Zone location strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium-voltage switchgear and commercial electrical projects from purchase order and approval through final delivery and completion
• Coordinate submittals, technical documentation, approvals, manufacturing schedules and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor schedules, budgets, change orders and project profitability while identifying risks, delays and cost overruns and taking corrective action
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, contractors and the sales, estimating, purchasing, accounting and warehouse teams while resolving escalated customer and vendor issues
