Siemens is seeking a Project Manager, Customer Services to lead service projects from initiation to closeout in a matrixed organization. The role may be performed remotely or in Wendell, NC, with travel 10–25% annually.

You will manage scope, budget, safety, and quality while coordinating across engineering, field service, finance, and contractors. Strong experience in low- and medium-voltage switchgear and a PM background are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 7+ years direct project management experience.
• 7+ years experience in field service operations or a field service environment.
• Demonstrated experience with low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% to 25% annually.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all phases of assigned service projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, resources, and revenue forecasting; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and successful completion.
• Communicate milestones, status, risks, changes, and performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal/external resources (engineering, field service, vendors, contractors) to support project requirements.
• Manage contractual requirements, change orders, claims processes, and supplier agreements.
