Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical training in electrical power systems.
• Familiarity with IEEE, ANSI, NETA, NFPA 70E, and utility standards.
• 5+ years of experience with medium- and/or high-voltage equipment.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair by third‑party providers to ensure work meets procedures, customer requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments and factory partners during equipment startup, commissioning, and testing.
• Gather and analyze operational data, inspection findings, test results, and failure evidence; coordinate root cause investigations.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions to address deficiencies in product, installation, or operation.
• Review third‑party reporting and prepare clear technical reports documenting field observations, investigations, actions, and recommendations.
• Maintain records of service events, equipment history, and customer interactions; support warranty evaluations and reliability reporting.
