Job summary

Regal Executive Search seeks an experienced Account Manager in entertainment business management to oversee client finances and staff of bookkeepers. Remote work option is available, with a focus on tour accounting and high-net-worth clients.

You will manage day-to-day activities, review bookkeeping work, and prepare budgets, financial statements and tax packages while maintaining timely client communications and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-charge accounting and bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals
• 3+ years in Entertainment Industry as Account Executive/Manager or related tour accounting role
• 3+ years in client services
• Accounting/finance degree preferred
• Knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, payroll and financial statements
• Management experience and strong communication skills
• Independent worker with strong time management and accuracy
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting software

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client financial activity and respond promptly to requests
• Review bookkeepers' work, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger and journal entries
• Monitor bank balances, transfers, and credit card activity
• Oversee insurance renewals, claims and associated financials
• Prepare budgets, cash projections and financial reports
• Prepare client presentations and assist with client meetings
• Track royalties, merchandising statements and tax packages
• Coordinate with client reps and team on workflows and deadlines
• Identify and manage foreign touring, insurance and tax mitigation issues
