Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking Coding Specialists to join our remote team. You will provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding across multiple specialties, including professional fee, facility, or HCC settings, from a home-based workspace.

Candidates must work independently, maintain 95%+ accuracy and productivity, and follow AHIMA/Company ethics. Proficiency with EMR systems and CPT/ICD references is required to support accurate reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Certified through AAPC CPC/COC or AHIMA CCS/CCS-P.
• Minimum 6 months of on-the-job coding experience.
• Proficient with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM/PCS coding references.
• Experience with EMR and billing systems.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work from home and be independent in coding skills.
• Provide coding services across multiple specialties (Professional Fee, Facility, HCC).
• Code multispecialty cases including ER-related procedures when applicable.
• Apply ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS with high specificity.
• Interpret coding guidelines and ensure compliant reimbursement.
• Maintain PHI privacy and adhere to AHIMA Standards and Company ethics.
• Participate in training and comply with internal policies.
