Job summary

CorroHealth Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist to provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding for multiple specialties. The role supports professional, facility, and HCC coding with potential inpatient work and remote eligibility.

The ideal candidate holds CPC/COC or CCS/CCS-P credentials, has at least two years of experience, and is proficient in EMR and Microsoft Office. A strong attention to detail, timely delivery, and professional client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC/COC) or AHIMA (CCS/CCS-P).
• Minimum of 2 years of coding experience.
• Proficient with EMR systems and billing workflows.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication; reliable attendance.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets (≥95%).

Responsibilities

• Code CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM for multiple specialties.
• Calculate professional and facility E/M levels as per company algorithm.
• Recognize critical care cases by patient acuity and code accordingly.
• Apply ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS with specificity.
• Communicate with clients professionally; assist with audits as needed.
