Qualifications

• Must hold AAPC CPC/COC or AHIMA CCS/CCS-P certification.
• Minimum 6 months on-the-job coding experience required.
• Must have reliable internet and home office setup.
• Proficient with CPT, ICD-10-CM/PCS coding references.
• Knowledge of AHIMA/AAHIMA standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding for multiple specialties.
• Compute ProFee and Facility E/M levels using company algorithm.
• Identify high-acuity cases and code accordingly.
• Ensure documentation supports accurate code assignment.
• Comply with privacy and security regulations and company policies.
• Participate in company training and maintain required credentials.
