Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist to join our remote team. The role involves coding CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM across multiple specialties, supporting our clients with accurate and compliant coding for both professional fee and facility settings.

Team Members work from home, must maintain productivity and quality targets, and stay current with CPT and ICD-10-CM references. AAPC or AHIMA certification is required, with at least six months of on-the-job coding experience.

Qualifications

• Certified coding required (AAPC or AHIMA).
• Minimum 6 months on-the-job coding experience.
• Experience with EMR and Billing systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work from home and be independent in coding skills.
• Provide various components of coding services to support clients.
• Apply ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes with high specificity.
• Code specialties include Primary Care, Urgent Care, General Surgery, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, OB.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy rates at 95% or higher.
