Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Manager of Multimedia Development for a home-based role. You will lead a team creating graphics, animations, audio, and interactive experiences aligned with instructional goals and accessibility standards.

You will partner with curriculum, product management, and external partners to deliver high-quality multimedia solutions. You will guide strategic decisions, address complex content challenges with analytical thinking, and drive timely delivery within Pearson’s learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education, curriculum, or similar preferred.
• 3–5 years of multimedia, graphics, or animation development experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and meet deadlines with detail-oriented work.
• Advanced knowledge of education management systems / LMS and CMS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps; quick to learn new tools.
• Enjoy a challenging environment with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of multimedia developers and foster growth and inclusivity.
• Coordinate with curriculum, product management, and external partners.
• Prioritize features, validate concepts, and analyze MVP feedback.
• Direct internal and vendor teams to Pearson standards and timelines.
• Plan resources and ensure successful project execution.
• Design visually appealing interactive products and scalable workflows.
