Stotler Hayes Group, LLC is a small to mid-size law firm with a national footprint and a fully remote practice model. We seek a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in two or more jurisdictions.

This role supports a remote team with structured supervision and opportunities for growth within a supportive firm structure. The position offers a W-2, full-time schedule with regular hours and travel only as needed for hearings or events, and a compensation range of $85,000–$100,000 DOE along with

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Travel for in-person hearings, firm trainings & meetings, and other firm-sponsored events.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, administrative agencies, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
