Provencher & Company is seeking seasoned multi-line adjusters who can work remotely and handle both residential and commercial property losses as well as liability claims. The role requires examining coverage, investigating varied property and negligence claims, and assessing damages for settlement with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential property claims adjusting or 5+ years commercial/liability adjusting experience
• Proficient with estimating software, preferably Xactimate
• Must have a working computer with internet access and MS Word
• Excellent time management and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate and liability investigations to determine negligence and damages
• Obtain recorded statements from insureds, claimants or witnesses and interview authorities
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation with well-supported reserve reports
• Obtain and interpret official reports and review coverage forms for issues
• Prepare thorough captioned reports for clients with clear coverage analysis
• Maintain quality by adhering to client Best Practices
