Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of first-party commercial and residential property adjusting experience.
• State adjuster’s license where required.
• Experience in preparing Statements of Loss and Proofs of Loss.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate software.
• Investigate claims by obtaining recorded statements from various sources.
• Review coverage forms and provide thorough analysis of coverage issues.
