Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years first-party commercial and/or residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• Must maintain own current estimating software; experience with Xactimate preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate software.
• Investigate claims by interviewing key individuals and inspecting damages.
• Prepare initial captioned reports and analyze insurance coverage.
