Job summary

Neier Inc. is seeking experienced Multi-Line Claims Adjusters who can work remotely and handle property and liability claims. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of adjusting experience for commercial and residential properties, along with proficiency in Xactimate software.

The role involves field inspections, claim investigations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Ideal candidates will also have strong communication skills and be licensed adjusters where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years first-party commercial and/or residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of property and liability insurance coverage and industry standards.
• Maintain own current estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Completes residential and commercial field property inspections utilizing Xactimate software.
• Investigate claims by obtaining recorded statements from insureds and interviewing officials.
• Recommend claim reserves based upon investigation.
