Job summary

Provencher & Company, LLC is looking for experienced Multi-Line Claims Adjusters. Successful candidates will work remotely to adjust commercial and residential property claims while demonstrating strong insurance knowledge and customer service skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required along with a valid driver's license and a state adjuster's license, where applicable.

Candidates will conduct thorough investigations and reports, maintain high-quality service standards, and utilize Xactimate software effectively. A full background check is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting.
• Must have a current state adjuster's license.
• Ability to assess damages and adjust claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field property inspections utilizing Xactimate software.
• Obtain recorded statements from claimants and witnesses.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigations.
