Job summary

FCM is seeking a Multi GDS Trainer Specialist to develop and deliver training that empowers agents to maximize Sabre expertise across key GDS platforms. The role combines training delivery, program development, process documentation, and business support to improve productivity and service quality.

You will create resources, coach others, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely from the USA. Occasional travel may be required and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Sabre required.
• Extensive knowledge of Amadeus required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Structured, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sabre training programs for novices and experienced users.
• Facilitate ongoing training and upskilling for agents.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance multi-course training programs and materials.
• Create and document training processes, procedures, and resources.
• Monitor Sabre releases and communicate updates to end users.
• Support adoption and training for Red Apps and related technologies.
• Provide RAP customer support and maintain the training library.
