Job summary

Freshmade, a boutique agency, is seeking an Account Manager who can organize briefs, build timelines, proof work, and wrangle creatives to deliver top work on time and in scope. You will also help tell Freshmade's story across social, newsletters, case studies, and new business materials, while staying curious about how brands earn attention.

The role is fully remote with agency experience preferred and a minimum of three years in account management, with hands-on marketing communications

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of account management experience, agency experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in marketing communications (social, email, content, or PR).
• Sharp skills in quality assurance, proofing, and reviewing work before it goes out.

Responsibilities

• Organize briefs, build timelines, proof work, wrangle creatives, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Help tell Freshmade’s story across social, newsletters, case studies, and new business materials.
• Proactively propose creative solutions when issues arise instead of just flagging problems.
