Job summary

Sway Creative Labs is hiring an experienced Account Manager to lead integrated projects from kickoff through delivery. You will bridge client needs with creative, development, and media teams, owning scope, budget, and relationships with a hands-on, in-the-trenches approach.

In this remote-first role with occasional Norfolk, VA in-person collaboration, you’ll manage multi-market campaigns, coordinate website builds, and run end-to-end video productions, while shaping the agency’s future with

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of production, account, or project management experience in an agency or comparable client-side environment.
• Fluency in at least two of digital/web, video/broadcast, print production.
• Hands-on experience authoring estimates, scopes of work, and detailed schedules.
• Working knowledge of design and development processes to scope them credibly.
• Pre-production and on-set leadership experience.
• Strong command of project management tooling (Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Practical fluency with AI tools and the ability to draft precise prompts; know what to automate and what needs a human touch.
• Occasional travel and on-set availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across video, digital, print, social, and out-of-home, from single-deliverable requests to integrated campaigns.
• Own website builds with our development team, including IA, content workflow, QA, and launch.
• Lead video productions end-to-end: pre-production planning, crew booking, talent, locations, on-set leadership, and post workflow.
• Sequence deliverables against media flight dates so creative lands ahead of the buy.
• Serve as the primary client contact, setting expectations and leading status calls with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Build relationships that outlast individual projects and surface the next opportunity naturally.
• Author scopes of work and estimates; manage change orders and document them before work proceeds.
• Build schedules accounting for internal review, client review, and revision rounds; track actuals and flag variance early.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to process improvements and new business proposals.
• Bring AI into workflow: draft first-scopes, call transcript synthesis, competitive research, QA passes, and reporting; share what works for standardization.
